My own fitness and health journey shapes the way I relate to and program my clients. I take an approach of honesty, humor, open communication, and dedication to your success. I personalize the experience for my clients so health and fitness becomes a lifestyle rather than a rigid and frustrating process. I also work to educate my clients to rebel against diet culture and to foster a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. This means you can expect an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated coach with a realistic view of how people’s lives evolve and unfold.
I am a university and college professor, a single mom, a competitive athlete, and a truly energetic person with a zest for fitness and health. I have more than 20 years experience teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others to be the best version of themselves.
